Inon Barnatan makes his Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra debut

This week, Inon Barnatan makes his debut with the Helsinki Philharmonic Orchestra, performing Beethoven’s Piano Concerto No. 3 with conductor Alexander Shelley. More information here.

The last two seasons have seen Inon perform Beethoven with Gewandhausorchester Leipzig, New York Philharmonic, and London Philharmonic Orchestra, in addition to recording the complete concertos with Alan Gilbert and the Academy of St Martin in the Fields for Decca Gold (to be released in 2019/20).

Elsewhere, recent concerto highlights include performances with the Chicago Symphony, BBC Symphony Orchestra, and Minnesota Orchestra – he returns to the latter for an international tour in the summer.
